🧠 Situation
A Web3 platform needed to onboard first-time users into a decentralized ecosystem. The challenge: most onboarding experiences in Web3 are overly technical, poorly structured, and visually inconsistent — leading to drop-offs and confusion.
🎯 Task
Design an intuitive and trustworthy onboarding flow supported by a cohesive visual system, and develop an illustration series to strengthen brand–user communication. Bonus challenge: make these visuals engaging enough to evolve into NFTs for rewarding early users.
🚀 Action
– Mapped user journeys and simplified wallet creation / linking flows – Designed a clean UI and interface logic adapted for non-crypto-native users – Created a visual identity system: logo, colors, typography, components – Illustrated a branded set of characters and scenes to guide users through onboarding – Adapted the illustrations into collectible NFTs used as user rewards and engagement mechanics

A seamless onboarding flow paired with a flexible identity system helped build clarity and trust from first interaction. The illustration series became a core storytelling asset — used across the platform, socials, and as NFT rewards — turning user progress into a visual journey.
